During their time at Highlanders Residency players receive intensive training and are evaluated on their capability of taking the step into professional soccer.
We believe Residency players will be capable of taking the next step into a professional setting (German U19 Junior Bundesliga). However, those players that graduate from our program without a professional soccer contract will be able to continue on with their soccer careers at university/college programs with ease as Residency's program is aligned with sport and educational requirements of the NCAA and U SPORTS.
