Final Game of the Season!

Calling all soccer fans on the Island! This weekend the Victoria Highlanders men’s and women’s teams will be facing the TSS Rovers in the final game of the League 1 BC regular season. This game is set to be an absolute thriller, as the men’s teams will battle for first place in League 1 BC. Not only does this mean being crowned the regular season champions, but also the team that finishes first in will earn a  berth into the 2024 Canadian Championship. The Canadian Championship is an annual tournament comprised of the 3 Canadian MLS teams, 8 CPL teams, and the winners of League 1 BC, Ontario, and Quebec! 

The Highlanders men’s team and TSS Rovers are tied in both points and wins, with the only thing separating the two teams is goal difference (advantage TSS Rovers). This means that the Highlanders will have to win outright in order to be crowned regular season champions. 

The Highlanders need your support! Be sure to head on down to Centennial Stadium this Saturday and Support the Victoria Highlanders in their final game of the 2023 League 1 BC regular season!
