Highlanders Add Community Partner

by Joshua Rendle

VICTORIA, BC (April 23rd, 2018) - Victoria Highlanders are pleased to announce a community partnership with Proper Measure Ltd. for the upcoming 2018 PDL season. When meeting with the CEO of Proper Measure and the owner of the Victoria Location, Matthew Heath we found out a little bit more about Proper Measure and the reasons for their involvement with the club.

Who are you?

We’re a company that provides marketing materials for real estate agencies with all of their architectural drawings. We started in 2002, I’ve been running it since 2007 here on the island and across the province. (There are eight other locations throughout the province)

Why are you getting involved with the Highlanders?

Ryan Wilson(Co-Owner) is a good buddy of mine. He and I talked about this partnership and I’m excited that we were able to partner. It’s great as a family, to encourage more family friendly events locally especially throughout the summer.

What are you most looking forward to this year?

I’m really looking forward to getting out there with my family over the summer and enjoying the games. I’m happy to support the local soccer community and sport in Victoria over the course of this season.

The Highlanders start their season on the road against the Calgary Foothills May 11, with their home opener against the Portland Timbers at Centennial Stadium on May 20.
