Thomas Niendorf
Founder, Managing Director, Head Coach
Professional coach with over 32 years of work experience identifying, fostering, training and mentoring young athletes into professional careers. Such players include: Owen Hargreaves, Kevin McKenna, Lars Hirschfed, Adam Straith and many more. As a coach, Thomas has won two Youth National Championships and has been involved with some of the best youth academies in Europe including,
FC Bayern Munich and Dynamo Berlin. Furthermore, Thomas built and ran a player development residency under the umbrella of the Vancouver Whitecaps.
Thomas holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education with special emphasis on coaching soccer from the German College of Physical Culture in Leipzig, Thomas is also a holder of the Top DFB (German Soccer Federation) Pro-Coaching license; UEFA Pro License.
